Sharia Law of "Tit or Tat"

CNN reporter Octavia Nasr is very passionately defending the Sharia law of 'Tit for Tat' for a particular case. So why the whole media creates hype when terrorists are kept in Gitmo or treated indifferently. What else the people deserve who behead professinals, shot 20+ bullets to reporters, burn schools, sell drugs and don't let people of other religion live peacefully.
